As the typhoon season is approaching, we would like to remind you of our policy regarding vehicle storage in our yard and our exemption of liability in the event of natural disasters. Please read and confirm the following terms carefully.
【Exemption of Liability】
The Company shall not be held liable for any damage, defacement, submersion, or loss of vehicles stored in our yard (or designated storage areas) resulting from force majeure or natural disasters, including but not limited to typhoons, hail, storm surges, floods, tsunamis, earthquakes, lightning, or heavy snow, as well as any subsequent accidents or fires caused by such events. The Company will not accept any claims for repair costs (including hail damage such as body dents or broken glass), refunds, or any other compensation in connection with such damages.
